PHP chgrp() Function

Definition and Usage
The chgrp() function changes the usergroup of the specified file.
Returns TRUE on success and FALSE on failure.
Syntax
chgrp(file,group)

group | Required. Specifies the new group. Can be a group name or a group ID |
