Getting Started

To start using our application we provide an example: a pattern and some data to be used for enhancer discovery. Through the step-to-step guide (Enhancer Discovery Example), you will be able to query the input data, analyze the results and re-use part of the results to run a new query.

In addition, the following video provide a further demo on how to use the app.
